New AMI has been submitted to AWS Support team.

AWS team rejected the AMI as the Portal Server initialisation process takes too long (we change the passwords to instanceId and then restart the servers).
I will be investigating this issue and hopefully I will be able to decrease initialisation process time.

It turned out that the initialisation process took so long as WPS Server and WAS Server were starting/stopping synchronously which was not necessary as they are not dependent on each other.
I changed them to start / stop asynchronously during the initialisation process and I decreased the initial time.

New AMI is being reviewed by AWS team again:
